USRES does not pay for pre-foreclosure BPO's. Agents who perform free BPO's for us are tracked and graded on how well they work with us, our systems, and how accurate their values are. The REO department only assigns listings to agents who perform free BPO's.

USRES has no control on the location or amount of the pre-foreclosure BPO's to the ratio of REO listings.
We receive hundreds of listings a month from our lending customers, all located in various areas across the nation. Currently, USRES keeps a portfolio ratio of approximately 15 pre-foreclosure BPO's to every REO listing.

In the event you receive REO listings with USRES, you will be required to register on www.res.net to receive and manage our REO listings. The registration on RES.NET is not required until you receive a listing. However, registering with RES.NET will provide a marketing network for other asset management companies and lenders to consider you for listings.
